Due to recent growth we have a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Australia Pacific finance team in Braeside, Melbourne. This role is reports in to the Credit Control Team leader.
Your responsibilities will include the below, but will not be limited to;
Collections – ensure payment is made within the agreed terms and processing of credit card payments to ensure on time delivery of orders. You will be required to manage a high volume of collection calls.
Resolve customer issues & queries
Raising reports, credits and invoices
Reconciliation and maintaining large national accounts
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve delivery of monthly KPI's
Assisting the finance department with ad-hoc administrative duties
Work closely with your team to ensure acknowledgement of payment before releasing of orders
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience within a large volume credit team, intermediate computer skills (MS Office – Excel), PPSR (personal, properties security register) and second to none attention to detail and accountability. You will be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, have the ability to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner, and a desire to achieve top results.
We require someone who has highly developed customer service skills coupled with superior time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities whilst still meeting deadlines.
