Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin Speaker needed to liaise with Supplier from China
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Full set account, EPF and Socso submition, Payroll, Petty cash,
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing account is an advantage.
Job Description
To prepare the monthly financial statement/report including: reconcile bank statements; to prepare and
post monthly journals; Preparation to trial balance stage of Statement of Income and Expenditure and
Financial Position; To assist in the preparation of Management Report as required and to distribute
relevant reports to staff and Governance.
To prepare the full set of accounts, including: Accounts payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R),etc.
To manage the payroll, EPF and Socso for staffs.
To process staff expense claims which are properly authorised.
Responsible for the cash management, including to maintain bank balance information; to maintain
Petty Cash records; To Maintain Cash Journal records and to maintain Cash Book data entry.
Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
